Dennis and Maryanne Weaver at www.preparedpantry.com are great people. Good products, super customer service, and always ready to share information. Next time I buy a mango, I'll try these muffins; they sound really good!

Mangoes are one of my favourite fruits, I definitely want to give these a try. I made a mango quick bread a while ago that I really enjoyed.

Have a mango loving teen, who (horrors!!) hates coconut. She loved these, so congrats on a combination that made a convert out of her!! We are a lovin' muffin family, smoothies and a muffin are a great breakfast on the run.
