How to make it

  • Into a food processor, combine oats, almonds, pecans & raisins to
  • make a dry mixture.
  • Next add & mix into mixture well your apple, cinnamon & Splenda.
  • Place in a jar, zip-lock bag or other sealable container.
  • Store in refirgerator for up to 1 month.
  • To serve add low-fat milk.
  • Exchanges per serving: 2 BREAD + 1 FRUIT + 1 FAT + 1 MILK
