Crab Bites Recipe
My grandmother has been making these crab bites for cocktail parties and family gatherings for 50+ years, and I like to carry on the tradition! These are very easy, can be made and frozen ahead of time... and are always a BIG hit!

Ingredients
  • 1 can Crab meat
  • 1 jar Old English Cheese
  • 1 stick butter - softened
  • 2 tsp garlic power
  • 1/2 Tbl seasoned salt
  • 6 english muffins
  • Parsley (garnish)

Directions
  1. Combine the crab, Old English cheese, softened butter, garlic powder and seasoned salt together in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Split the English muffins into halves
  3. Spead Crab mixture on muffin halves
  4. Broil uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly (if frozen, I usually bake at 375 for 10-12 or until bubbly)
  5. Cut each muffin halve into 4 bite sized pieces and serve
