Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • yellow mustard
  • flour, for dredging
  • oil, for frying
  • 2 cans of Cambells Chicken Gumbo Soup
  • 1/2 can water

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degree
  2. Rinse the pork chop and pat dry.
  3. Spread each side with mustard.
  4. Dredge in flour.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and lightly brown the pork chop.
  6. Place the pork chop in a casserole dish.
  7. Pour the Chicken Gumbo Soup over all.
  8. Add water.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until boiling.
