How to make it

  • cook 1 chicken breast until just done. cut into cubes
  • in a pot cook onion and celery in small amount of the chicken broth until almost soft. add grated carrots.. cook until veggies are soft.
  • add diced chicken
  • add chicken broth. bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer
  • add parsley , salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • cook approx 30 mins to meld the flavors
  • I cook my noodle separately and add in the last 5 mins**
  • If I'm doing this Gluten-Free I use Tinkyada Fettucine Pasta and break it into noodle size pieces... cook separately and rinse well. I don't add them to the cooking soup. I put them in the bottom of my bowl then pour the soup over them.. this way they don't become mushy.
