I have never made this recipe. I have had it in my files for ever. Every time I think of making it I lose it. So posting for safe keeping. THis sounds so good. I Love meatloaf.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground meat
  • 1 package beef flavored stove top mix (dry)
  • 1 cup beef broth.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Directions
  1. MIX:
  2. beef
  3. stuffing mix dry
  4. beef broth
  5. place in casserole dish or make into loaf
  6. cover with the cream of mushroom soup
  7. bake
  8. 350
  9. 1 hour
