Pistachio Dessert

- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed (approx. 57 crackers) shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 small packages of pistachio instant pudding shopping list
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- Cool Whip shopping list
- Heath choc./toffee bits shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Ritz crumbs with melted butter, and press firmly into 13 x 9 pan.
- Beat the ice cream to further soften - set aside.
- Combine milk and pudding mixes, then fold in the ice cream, blending well.
- Pour over prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for about half an hour.
- Spread Cool Whip over top, and sprinkle with toffee bits.
- Keep refrigerated.
