Ingredients

2 lg cans stewed tomatoes

2 cloves garlic minced

1 med onion chopped

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp salt

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

2 sm cans tomatoe paste

1 tsp basil

1 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp sugar

11/2 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

Directions

In a skilet brown meat

In crock pot put tomatoes, tomatoe paste, broth mix together

add garlic, onino, salt, pepper, sugar, basil, parsley, stir

add browned meat and stir

cover and cook on high till hot then put on low or heat in pan on stove then put in crock pot on low for 8 hrs.
