How to make it

  • In a medium bowl combine flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt. Set aside
  • In another bowl,combine butter,chocolate hazelnut spread,sugar,and brown sugar. Using electric mixer,cream the ingredients togeter about 4 mins. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth about 1 min Using wooden spoon or rubeer spatula,stir in flour mixture until just combined.
  • Using a Tbsp. measure,spoon out the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet,spacing the mounds about 4" apart. Use the tines of of a fork to flatten the cookie dough.
  • Bake until lightly golden around the edges about 10-12 mins. Use metal spatula to transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.
