Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti

- 11/3c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2t baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 t baking soda shopping list
- 1/4t kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2c butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2c chocolate hazelnut spread(recommend nutella) shopping list
- 1/2c sugar shopping list
- 1/2c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1t vanilla extract shopping list
- 3/4c chopped toasted hazelnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl combine flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt. Set aside
- In another bowl,combine butter,chocolate hazelnut spread,sugar,and brown sugar. Using electric mixer,cream the ingredients togeter about 4 mins. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth about 1 min Using wooden spoon or rubeer spatula,stir in flour mixture until just combined.
- Using a Tbsp. measure,spoon out the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet,spacing the mounds about 4" apart. Use the tines of of a fork to flatten the cookie dough.
- Bake until lightly golden around the edges about 10-12 mins. Use metal spatula to transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.
