  • We wash, salt and pepper the chicken;
  • We blend the tomatoes in the Multi blender place the chicken in an oven pan with breast facing down and add the oil, water and tomatoes.

    Hi gourmetloveaffair. Chilopites and egg noodles which are cut into small pieces when still fresh. You don't have to cut the fettucine, sometimes we make this dish with this pasta as well.

    Mmm, I love mizithra cheese! I will have to look for that pasta, it is like little tiny squares... i suppose I could just break fettucini up for a similar effect though. I love different shaped pastas, they give me the idea that I'm eating something new/different :)

    " It was good "

    I made this with chicken breasts, a little less oil and a little stock with the water. It was delicious and I imagine when made with roasted chicken sections as the recipe calls for it would be even better.
    I will cook this again.
