If you can't find chilopites pasta try it with fettuccine or linguine (preferably if you find them in small pieces it's better).

Hi gourmetloveaffair. Chilopites and egg noodles which are cut into small pieces when still fresh. You don't have to cut the fettucine, sometimes we make this dish with this pasta as well.
