How to make it

  • Stir rice, broth and soups and curry (a few shakes of curry) together in a 13x9" baking dish. Lay chicken or pork chops on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Sprinkle more curry in with the onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake. Do NOT uncover. Bake at 350F for 2½ hr. Serves 6.

  • Mel'ls notes: I use chicken thighs for the most part. There were about 12 boneless thighs in the pan. I have used pork chops as well.
