Roasted Maple Dijon Brussel Sprouts Recipe
The sweetness of the maple syrup counter balances the strength of the mustard and the tartness of the vinegar.

Ingredients
  • 2 servings of brussel sprouts
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • salt / pepper

Directions
  1. Set oven to 400.
  2. Trim sprouts and cut the larger ones in half.
  3. Stir together the mustard, syrup, vinegar, oil salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss sprouts with glaze and coat well. Spray or oil baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until done, tossing once.

Looks like a great recipe for one of the side dishes for Thanksgiving. My mother-in-law loves brussel sprouts so I usually have them then. Thanks for posting!
