Roasted Maple Dijon Brussel Sprouts

- 2 servings of brussel sprouts shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbs maple syrup shopping list
- 1 tbs aged balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt / pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven to 400.
- Trim sprouts and cut the larger ones in half.
- Stir together the mustard, syrup, vinegar, oil salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss sprouts with glaze and coat well. Spray or oil baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until done, tossing once.

I have everything I need but the sprouts, I'm making these tonight to go along some prosciutto wrapped pork chops.

I added 2 pieces of bacon (cut into 1/2 inch slices) before roasting. It was wonderful.
