Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped celery

1tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Lipton dried onion soup mix

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1-10-oz. can condensed tomato soup

1/2 cup water

6 baked potatoes

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 cup sour cream

Directions

Brown beef with onion and celery.

Drain off fat.

Add seasoning, tomato soup and water

Simmer to blend flavors.

Blossom potatoes.

Top with beef mixture.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream.

If you like beans add a can of chili beans.
