Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Lipton dried onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-10-oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 baked potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Brown beef with onion and celery.
- Drain off fat.
- Add seasoning, tomato soup and water
- Simmer to blend flavors.
- Blossom potatoes.
- Top with beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream.
- If you like beans add a can of chili beans.
