Philipino Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Bacon (crumbled)

1/2 Head Cabbage (chopped)

1 med. Onion (chopped)

4 stocks Celery (chopped)

1/2 Box Spaghetti

Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook spaghetti as per box, drain and reserve (keep warm)

Fry bacon until brown, drain grease, retaining 3-4 tbsp of grease.

Saute cabbage, onion & celery in grease until tender & light brown.

Stir in cooked spaghetti & crumbled bacon..

Add soy sauce to taste.

Very interesting recipe though, even for a Filipino like me. You can also use egg noodles or vermicelli noodles for this.
