Philipino Spaghetti Recipe
A quick and easy dish to make. That mixes the flavors of bacon and soy sauce with cabbage and Spaghetti... Sounds different, but tastes great...!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. Bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/2 Head Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 med. Onion (chopped)
  • 4 stocks Celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 Box Spaghetti
  • Soy Sauce

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti as per box, drain and reserve (keep warm)
  2. Fry bacon until brown, drain grease, retaining 3-4 tbsp of grease.
  3. Saute cabbage, onion & celery in grease until tender & light brown.
  4. Stir in cooked spaghetti & crumbled bacon..
  5. Add soy sauce to taste.

Is this a recipe from the Philippines? If it is, then it should be spelled Filipino.
Very interesting recipe though, even for a Filipino like me. You can also use egg noodles or vermicelli noodles for this.
