Camping is fun and easy, this is hearty and tasty. Try it at home also..

Ingredients
- Campers Stew from Cans
- 2 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can white meat chicken
- 2 cans barbecue pork & beans
Directions
- Open all the cans. Empty them, including the juice, into a large
- stock pot. Add chopped onion. Cook over medium heat for at least one
- hour. (Can add lima beans or green peas, whatever you want to add to
- make it your own)

Camping to me is more remote than a tent beside the car. Therefore I always think about what goes in the back pack. A few cans are easy to pack ... 5 ... 6 ... 7 cans ... how many ... serves 46!!!! This is for a safari!! (lol)
