How to make it
- Stir together egg whites, sugar and water together in top of double boiler.
- With water boiling in bottom of double boiler, beat with electric mixer approximately 7 minutes or until frosting looks fluffly and holds soft shape.
- Remove from water, add vanilla and beat until frosting forms stiff peaks. Don't over-cook, it will become grainy.
- Use to frost.
