Chamomile Tea Cooler Recipe
This is a lovely tea for a hot summers day.

Ingredients
  • 3 chamomile tea bags, or dried chamomile leaves
  • 2 sprigs fresh lemon balm
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 2-1/2 cups chilled sparkling water

Directions
  1. In a bowl, pour boiling water over tea and lemon balm.
  2. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a glass pitcher.
  4. Stir in orange, pineapple, lime, and grape juices and chill.
  5. To serve, pour the tea into glasses to 2/3 full then add sparkling
  6. water, and ice.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
