Pico de Gallo

- 12 roma tomatoes, seeded & diced shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, diced finely shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced finely shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 4 T finely chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tsp coarse salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together
- Cover & refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
