Mayo Chocolate syrup cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Frosting:
  • 1 Stick melted butter
  • 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stir Cocoa powder into butter; alternately add powdered sugar and milk while beating on medium speed; add vanilla. Beat until desired consistency. Adding very small amounts of milk if necessary to make it a spreading consistency

    That is one lovely baby! But does she like chocolate yet? The mayo does make the recipe different. ARE YOU SURE IT HAS ENOUGH CHOCOLATE IN IT? ;i

    I POSTED THIS BECAUSE IT WAS VERY DIFFERENT AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MAYO CAKE WTIH SYRUP IN IT. POSTING MY ORIGINAL MAYO CAKE.

    Oops, did I respond twice to your comment? IF I did forgive my senility. Most of the day I am at work and post in a hurry and check the site for breaks..I really dont get to look around much. At night I am to tired of this pc... what happens when you become a granny! lol

    LOL, Deb, really I am not a chocolate fan, lmao...seriously. But it has to be really good. lol I love my chocolate moist cake recipe..in a pinch I will make the mayo cake. Love moist chocolte cakes. Oh the souffle...you need to try... its so light and airy.... seriously not into chocolate!!! hugs, Ter...I still want to pinch those cheeks...lol post some more of him he is adoreable!

    I love Mayo cake too. It is so wonderfully moist. This may be very dense because of the number of eggs, and only 1 cup flour. It does sound incredibly good! May try it tomorrow. Great recipe! Never have seen this one before.
