How to make it
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender then drain well.
- While noodles cook melt butter in a small heavy skillet over low heat for 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat then add noodles to butter and toss gently to coat.
- Add feta and stir then season with freshly ground pepper
