White Chocolate And Jam SMores Recipe
OK, I down-right stole this recipe, but it's a secret favorite of mine. Be Advised - this is NOT for the health/diet conscious people. But, hey, winter's coming up and we need that winter layer of fat. Right? (These carry over 450 calaries each)

Ingredients
  • 1/4 of a 4 oz. white chocolate bar
  • 2 Graham Crackers
  • 3 Large Marshmallow, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp of your favorite jam or preserves (I prefer Concord Grape Jam)

Directions
  1. Place white chocolate on top of one of the graham crackers.
  2. Place marshmallows on top of chocolate
  3. Spoon jam over marshmallows
  4. Top with remaining graham cracker
  5. .
  6. BROILER METHOD:
  7. Place 4 crackers on a foil-lined baking sheet
  8. Layer 1 ounce of white chocolate and 3 large marshmallows on each.
  9. Broil 4 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds.
  10. Remove; top with 2 tablespoons of jam.
  11. Top with cracker.
  12. Makes 4.
