  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 14-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning

Directions
  1. Preheat wok. Add oil and shrimp. stir-fry until shrimp are pink. Stir in
  2. broccoli, onion, and cajun seasoning. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until
  3. vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
  4. Makes 3 Servings.

This just makes my mouth water....I love seafood in just about any form. I think for someone who needed to watch their salt intake they could probably just forgo the premade Cajun Spice mix and go for the individual spices....I don't have High BP..but it runs in my partner's family so I tend to cook with that in mind....


This recipe sounds so inviting and actually easy to make. I am always looking for healthier ways to eat.
My son loves shrimp, so I consider that a bonus prize.
