    This recipe sounds so inviting and actually easy to make. I am always looking for healthier ways to eat.
    My son loves shrimp, so I consider that a bonus prize.

    This just makes my mouth water....I love seafood in just about any form. I think for someone who needed to watch their salt intake they could probably just forgo the premade Cajun Spice mix and go for the individual spices....I don't have High BP..but it runs in my partner's family so I tend to cook with that in mind....
