How to make it
- Preheat oven to about 325 degrees F.
- Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Add 1/2 cup milk and stir. Repeat adding milk and stirring four times till milk is used.
- Add cooled, melted butter.
- Pour mixture into rice. Add raisins.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
