Ingredients
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Precooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (or more)
  • Nutmeg

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to about 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add 1/2 cup milk and stir. Repeat adding milk and stirring four times till milk is used.
  4. Add cooled, melted butter.
  5. Pour mixture into rice. Add raisins.
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
