How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves; mix well. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour hot mixture into sterilized jars; seal immediately.
  • Makes 2 cups.
