Pumpkin Butter

- 1 (16-ounce) can canned pumpkin shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves; mix well. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour hot mixture into sterilized jars; seal immediately.
- Makes 2 cups.
