An easy to make pumpkin ice cream that you can make with or without an ice cream machine. For adults, a splash of apple liquer goes well with this. This recipe from a Libbys can I have had around and is now dog eared and tattered it has been made so much by so many different little hands here.
Ingredients
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- 1 (30-ounce) can LIBBY'S® Easy pumpkin Pie Mix shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ice cream and pumpkin pie mix in large bowl; stir until blended.
- Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
- Note: To make recipe in your home freezer, freeze mixture for 2 hours; beat with mixer for 30 seconds.
- Freeze for additional 2 hours or until firm.
