Cucumbers in Cream Sauce

Use to make this for a salad bar. The crowd really liked it. Thought I'd share it.
Ingredients
- 4 med. cucumbers (peeled and sliced thinly) shopping list
- 1 med. onion (sliced thinly shopping list
- 2 t. salt shopping list
- *Cream Sauce* shopping list
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped) shopping list
- 2 T. vingegar shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- 1/8 t. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl combine cucumbers, onion salt.
- Let stand at room temp. about 1 hour
- Drain well
- Add cream sauce & stir
- Chill several hours before serving
