Easy Pasta Florentine

- olive oil shopping list
- 1 T. margarine shopping list
- 2 Pinches kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 box rotini pasta shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 T margarine shopping list
- 15 oz. frozen spinach shopping list
- 1/2 large white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 T chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 can mushroom slices, drained shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 soup can milk shopping list
- 1/2 c paremsan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 T butter to pot of water and bring to boil
- Add pasta and cook according to package directions
- While pasta is cooking, drizzle EVOO into large skillet
- Add 2 T Margarine
- Saute together: spinach, onion, red pepper and garlic
- Drain all water in paper towel lined colander
- Return to skillet
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Simmer until pasta is done
- Rinse pasts in cool water
- Add to spinach mixture and serve
