HERSHEYS PERFECT CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

- 1 STICK (1/2 CUP) butter OR margarine, UN saltED shopping list
- 2/3 CUP cocoa shopping list
- 3 CUPS powdered sugar(10X OR CONFECTIONERS SUGAR) shopping list
- 1/3 CUP milk shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- MELT BUTTER
- STIR IN COCOA
- ALTERNATING ADDING POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK.
- BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED TO SPREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED OR MORE SUGAR
- I LIKE TO MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE COCOA AS WELL, INCREASE THE SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY...I USE IT ON A WHITE CAKE WITH LEMON FILLING AND THEN THE WHITE ICING WITH COCONUT

I don't know why, but this was the best chocolate frosting I've ever made. Fluffy and rich flavor! I did use regular salted butter 'cause thats all I had, but you can't tell. Who needs cake, just give me a spoon!
