Ingredients

1 STICK (1/2 CUP) BUTTER OR MARGARINE, UN SALTED

2/3 CUP COCOA

3 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR(10X OR CONFECTIONERS SUGAR)

1/3 CUP MILK

1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

Directions

MELT BUTTER

STIR IN COCOA

ALTERNATING ADDING POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK.

BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED TO SPREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED OR MORE SUGAR

I LIKE TO MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE COCOA AS WELL, INCREASE THE SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY...I USE IT ON A WHITE CAKE WITH LEMON FILLING AND THEN THE WHITE ICING WITH COCONUT

I don't know why, but this was the best chocolate frosting I've ever made. Fluffy and rich flavor! I did use regular salted butter 'cause thats all I had, but you can't tell. Who needs cake, just give me a spoon!
