Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 and 1/2 cups biscut baking mix
  • 1 15 oz can sweet potatoes drained and mashed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 14 cup dried carnberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. using a 9 by 9 inch square nonstick baking pan melt the butter in the oven
  3. stir in the 2/3 cup brown sugar and the light corn syrup
  4. spread the mixture evenly in the pan
  5. sprinkle with the pecans
  6. in large bowl mix the baking mix sweet potatoes and milk untll the dough forms a ball
  7. turn dough out onto a surface dusted with the baking mix and knead several times
  8. roll or pat into a 12 inch rectangle
  9. sprinkle with the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and the cranberries
  10. roll up jellyroll style and cut into one inch pieces
  11. arrange atop the butter mix in the pan
  12. dough will spread when baking
  13. bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown
  14. turn upside down onto serving platter immediatly
