This is a kid pleaser for kids in the USA, recently learned that english kiddies do not care for PBJ on TLC.

Ingredients
  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/3 cup peanutbutter
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cups honey and oat flakes cereal crushed
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of sliced bananas
  • warm maple or maple flavored syrup

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. make four peanutbutter and jam sandwiches using the bread peanutbutter and strawberry jam
  3. break eggs into a shallow dish big enough to put a sandwich in
  4. add milk and whisk well for at least 30 seconds
  5. place crushed cereal in a pie plate
  6. dip each side of sandwich in the egg mixture then the ceral turning to coat both sides in cereal
  7. gently press the cereal into the sandwich
  8. place the sandwiches on a lightly greased baking sheet
  9. bake for 20 minutes until goldne brown
  10. cut each sandwich in half top with fruits and serve with the warm syrup
