Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

- 16 oz of uncooked macaroni noodles shopping list
- 2 tbs butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk and 1 can of evaporated milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 loaf of velveeta cubed shopping list
- 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- boil macaroni noodles al dente
- mix milk, evaporated milk, salt and pepper, and 2 eggs together.
- Put 1/2 cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish
- Pour mixture over macaroni
- add 1/2 cubed velveeta and 1/2 shredded cheddar
- repeat
- add 2 tbs of butter in small pieces on the top
- cook for 45 min, stirring once half way through
