Ingredients

16 oz of uncooked macaroni noodles

2 tbs butter

1 cup milk and 1 can of evaporated milk

salt and pepper to taste

2 eggs

1/2 loaf of velveeta cubed

4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

boil macaroni noodles al dente

mix milk, evaporated milk, salt and pepper, and 2 eggs together.

Put 1/2 cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish

Pour mixture over macaroni

add 1/2 cubed velveeta and 1/2 shredded cheddar

repeat

add 2 tbs of butter in small pieces on the top

cook for 45 min, stirring once half way through

I actually tried this recipe for thanksgiving and it was delicious everyone loved it the only thing was the put half cooked macaroni in a greased pan kind of confused wasnt sure if noodles were supposed to be half cooked or if it meant put half of the macaroni i eventually figured it out, and im glad i did
