How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients togeher for the dough.
  • Stirr in the pumpkin.
  • Stirr in the eggs.
  • Deepfry spoonfull of the dough.
  • Drain on brown paper.
  • Place in a bowl.
  • Sauce:
  • Bring everything to the boil, except the maizena.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Take out the cinnamon sticks.
  • Make a pasta with the maizena and a little bit of water.
  • Stirr into the sauce until thickened.
  • Pour over fritters.
