How to make it

  • Combine 1/2 milk and rice flour in a bowl to form a paste. Bring remaining milk and sugar to boil remove from heat. Stir in rice flour paste stir constantly on med heat until boils and thickens . Cook stirring for another 3mins remove from heat
  • Add vanilla cardamom nutmeg and 1/2 of the almonds. pour into 6 1\2 cup serving cups refrigerate 2 hrs serve scattered with remaining almonds
