How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Scrub potatoes and slice into wedges lengthwise (don't peel)
  • Put potatoes in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil
  • Boil for 8-10 minutes
  • Drain and spread potatoes on baking sheet
  • Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Turn potatoes over
  • Bake for 25 minutes more or until browned and crispy

    this looks promising! Can you use other types of potatoes? I know russets are probably ideal, but wondering how it'll work w/ red or yukon gold? Thanks! :)
