    tongue...eeeeewwwwww !!!!!!! My momma tried to make us kids eat it when we lived on a farm and it was spongy and GROSS ! No offense to "those- poor-unfortunates-who-must-have-nothing-else-to- choose-from" aka Organicmama....

    I think I'll stick with the salmon...my Scandinavian roots bypassed the tongue obsession (thank goodness)...I know, I know, everyone who eats it says it's delicious - you go first, ok?

    I learned to eat tongue from my grandmother too, my kids will not eat it. What a shame. Nice recipe.
