Quick homemade mayo. Only good for 3 days inthe fridge. This is anothe one with no measurements. You kind of need to eye it out and season it to your own taste.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Canola Oil
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
- Paprika
Directions
- Drop room temp egg into blender
- Turn Blender on
- Drizzle oil into blender until it starts to look creamy
- When it has emulsified add salt, lemon juice and paprika
- Turn off blender
- Scrape into bowl
- Add seasonings to taste
- Discard after 3 days

I've never tried to make it by hand, but I imagine it would be like whipping cream or egg whites by hand. Probably long and tedious :)
