Pumpkin Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

8oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cooked pumpkin, smashed (you can use the can type)

1 jar dried beef slices, chopped (2 1/2 ounces)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1 tablespoon chopped onion

Directions

Combine cream cheese and pumpkin, mixing well until well blended.

Stir in beef, cheese, pineapple and onion; mix well

Chill at least one hour.

Form into a large ball.

Score sides with knife to resemble pumpkin.

Serve with crackers.

Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
