This is killer. I use extra sharp cheddar cheese and make garlic butter (not for the faint of heart) and smear the tops like there's no tomorrow. Not for close encounters by any means but absolutely deeeelish! Cheese is always good! Think of the effort cows put into making the milk for it. Somebody's gotta eat it.
