  • Cut out aluminum foil in desired shapes.

    I find this very funny. I think my family would think I was disturbed enough for medication. But then they did not spend 18 years as a cop. Thanks for the laugh and it is a great idea. Oh and there thoughts that I might need to be medicated after I trot out the turkey would not stop me from doing it.

    Any roasted bird the technique works great on; however there's an exception. The French, rumor has it prefer the Riveria's topless recipe technique;)
