How to make it

  • Saute onion in butter 1 min; add salt and spices, cook 2 mins, stir in
  • broth and lime juice.
  • Add chicken and heat through.
  • Serve over fragrant basmati rice.
  • To make ahead:
  • Make sauce and cool. Put chicken in zip top bag, add sauce.
  • Refrigerate up to 24 hrs.
  • To serve: coook over medium heat until heated through, stirring
  • occasionally.
  • Fastest if you cut up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
  • Serve with Major Grey's chutney.
