Taffy Apple Salad

Despite the ingredients, this is the BEST, it tastes just like a Taffy Apple
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons white distilled vinegar shopping list
- 1 egg Beaten shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 -1/2 Cups Spanish peanuts shopping list
- 2 Cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 8 ounce Cool Whip shopping list
- 20 ounce Can of crushed pineapple in juice (NOT syrup)Drained & Juice Set Aside in Saucepan shopping list
- 3 to 4 Cups apples shopping list
How to make it
- Day Before: Mix Pineapple Juice, Flour, Vinegar, Sugar, & Egg in Saucepan, over LOW Heat, Stir until Thickened. Cool, and Refrigerate in a Covered Bowl. In Another Bowl Mix together Minature Marshmallows & Pineapple together, Cover & Refrigerate
- Next Day: Mix Everything Together & Add Nuts & Apples & Cool Whip

At first glance you're right!! The ingredients DO sound weird!! But, I LOVE candy apples....so this one wins for me :) Thank you for such an unusual post, Tannzzi :)
