Taffy Apple Salad Recipe

Despite the ingredients, this is the BEST, it tastes just like a Taffy Apple

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons White Distilled Vinegar
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 -1/2 Cups Spanish Peanuts
- 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
- 8 ounce Cool Whip
- 20 ounce Can of Crushed Pineapple in Juice (NOT SYRUP)Drained & Juice Set Aside in Saucepan
- 3 to 4 Cups Apples
Directions
- Day Before: Mix Pineapple Juice, Flour, Vinegar, Sugar, & Egg in Saucepan, over LOW Heat, Stir until Thickened. Cool, and Refrigerate in a Covered Bowl. In Another Bowl Mix together Minature Marshmallows & Pineapple together, Cover & Refrigerate
- Next Day: Mix Everything Together & Add Nuts & Apples & Cool Whip
