Ingredients

1 lb. bag of refrigerator sauerkraut

1 large Idaho potato, peeled and sliced

3 smoked pork chops

2 knockwurst sausages

1 link of Polish Kielbasa

salt and pepper (1/2 tsp of each)

1/2 tsp of caraway seeds

1 12 ounce can of amber bock beer

Directions

Salt and pepper sliced potatoes and chops.

Place in layers in the slow cooker pot:

sauerkraut, potatoes, sauerkraut, pork chops, sauerkraut, knockwurst, sauerkraut, kielbasa.

Sprinkle with caraway.

Pour the beer over all.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve with mustard, bread and butter.

This really does sound good! I love everything in it. Have never combined potatoes and sauerkraut in the same meal...much less dish! But I see so many recipes that calls for both. This is on the grocery list, on the menu next week.
