- 1 lb. bag of refrigerator sauerkraut shopping list
- 1 large idaho potato, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 3 smoked pork chops shopping list
- 2 knockwurst sausages shopping list
- 1 link of Polish kielbasa shopping list
- salt and pepper (1/2 tsp of each) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of caraway seeds shopping list
- 1 12 ounce can of amber bock beer shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and pepper sliced potatoes and chops.
- Place in layers in the slow cooker pot:
- sauerkraut, potatoes, sauerkraut, pork chops, sauerkraut, knockwurst, sauerkraut, kielbasa.
- Sprinkle with caraway.
- Pour the beer over all.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with mustard, bread and butter.
