How to make it

  • In Bowl, Beat Eggs at High Speed until Thick (about 5 minutes). Gradually add Sugar beating until mixture is Light & Fluffy. Combine Flour & Baking Powder, Add to Batter with Vanilla & Beat at Low Speed until Smooth. In a Saucepan Heat Milk, add 10 Tablespoons of Butter, just until the Butter Melts, Stir Occasionally. Pour into Greased 13 x 9 x 2 Pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 Minutes or until Cake Tests Done with a Toothpick. Cool on Wire Rack.

    Enjoy, I love this cake because its not too sweet, & is perfect anytime. I think I found this recipe in Reminise or Taste of Home in the 1990s
