Hot Milk Cake

Simple, Sweet without being Overpowering * Perfect with your Coffee or Tea
Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 2-1/4 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 10 Tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cup of milk shopping list
How to make it
- In Bowl, Beat Eggs at High Speed until Thick (about 5 minutes). Gradually add Sugar beating until mixture is Light & Fluffy. Combine Flour & Baking Powder, Add to Batter with Vanilla & Beat at Low Speed until Smooth. In a Saucepan Heat Milk, add 10 Tablespoons of Butter, just until the Butter Melts, Stir Occasionally. Pour into Greased 13 x 9 x 2 Pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 Minutes or until Cake Tests Done with a Toothpick. Cool on Wire Rack.
