Baked Ham With Spicy Glaze

- 1 C pineapple juice shopping list
- ¾ c light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- ¼ tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- ½ tsp ginger shopping list
- 3 tsp rum or rum extract shopping list
- 1 5 lb fully cooked, cured ham, shank or butt portion shopping list
How to make it
- Over medium heat, blend until sugar us dissolved, simmer 3 mins.
- Add rum, stir
- Pierce fully cooked ham all over with fork
- Pour marinade over ham, let stand four hours, basting often
- Bake @ 325 for about an hour, increase temperature to 425, remove ham and add cloves and pineapple slices, cook another 30 mins, basting occasionally
