How to make it

  • Over medium heat, blend until sugar us dissolved, simmer 3 mins.
  • Add rum, stir
  • Pierce fully cooked ham all over with fork
  • Pour marinade over ham, let stand four hours, basting often
  • Bake @ 325 for about an hour, increase temperature to 425, remove ham and add cloves and pineapple slices, cook another 30 mins, basting occasionally
