Yummy Overnight French Toast Recipe

this is one of the most requested recipes I have. It is so easy to make.

- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8-12 slices raisin bread-enough to cover pan
- 8-9 eggs
- 1 3/4-2 cups milk
Directions
- in 9 x 13 pan melt margarine in oven set at 350 degrees.
- combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over melted margarine. Layer bread in bottom of pan.
- mix eggs and milk. pour over bread slices. cover and refridgerate overnight.
- next morning, uncover. bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- To serve, turn upside down on plate.
