this is one of the most requested recipes I have. It is so easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8-12 slices raisin bread-enough to cover pan
  • 8-9 eggs
  • 1 3/4-2 cups milk

Directions
  1. in 9 x 13 pan melt margarine in oven set at 350 degrees.
  2. combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over melted margarine. Layer bread in bottom of pan.
  3. mix eggs and milk. pour over bread slices. cover and refridgerate overnight.
  4. next morning, uncover. bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. To serve, turn upside down on plate.
