Spinach Balls Recipe
These tasty appetizers are really easy to make. The recipe makes a large amount, but they freeze very well - perfect to have on hand for unexpected guests!

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cups herb stuffing mix
  • 2 small onions, chopped fine
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbl garlic salt
  • 2/3 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Balls may be frozen before baking for later use - just thaw and cook as instructed above.

Yum...one of my favorites!!


Oh my goodness, I haven't had these in ages - it's such a good appetizer, I will have to make your version next time we have company...I love spinach, and the flavor with the stuffing is so good!!
