Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds yellow squash
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Wash and slice squash then put in pan of water.
  3. Cook on top of the stove until soft then drain well.
  4. In a large bowl mash squash then add margarine, whites, onion and bread crumbs and mix well.
  5. Pour mixture in greased pan then dot top with margarine and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
