How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the butter and seasonings together.
  • Frost the cauliflower with the butter mixture.
  • Put in a casserole dish that fits the cauliflower without a lot of extra space.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 90 minutes, until tender.
  • Serve.

    I just "roasted" my first cauliflower this week - melsa's recipe - and we LOVED it. I can see I'm going to like yours, too - it's so easy to do it whole (the one I tried was cut up), and I can taste the yummy butter/lemon/garlic/dill flavors!
