How to make it

  • Mix 1 egg with 1 tablespoon water
  • Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, mustard.
  • thaw puff pastry sheet
  • Roll into 16 x 12 inch rectangle.
  • Layer ham, cheese and cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with oregano
  • roll and place seam side down on bakiing sheet.
  • Tuck edges under
  • Brush with egg and water mixture.
  • bake 25-35 minutes
