How to make it

  • Take the extra bread (35 slices) and cut off the crusts.
  • Grease muffin baking trays.
  • Very carefully put the slices of bread in the muffin trays to make a cup holder.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • When cooled down and you take the bread out, if must hold it's form.
  • Bring the milk and butter to the boil.
  • Mix all the other ingredients together.
  • Stirr in very carefully with the milk and butter.
  • Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the bread cups.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Enjoy hot or cold.
  • For the dish:
  • Grease an oven dish.
  • Pour in the mixture.
  • Bake as above.
  • Serve hot or cold with salad.
